1. Several newcomers were in attendance.

2. Homebrew Extravaganza was a success, with 28 entries, more than twice as many as last year.

3. Crabs4CRABS was a great event as always.

6. We could not get Heavy Seas to host the Guild holiday party in December, so we are looking at doing a post-holiday party in late January, the weekend before the Super Bowl.

7. SPBW wants more homebrewers at their events. There will be a party at Maryland Homebrew on Thursday December 11 at 6:00. Les will cater it.

8. This month’s competition was strong ales. There were 10 entries. Winners were:
