1) The CRABS food/beer pairing was a success.  A great turnout with lots of good food and beer.

2) The Guild summer picnic had a record 75 attendees.  Congratulations to CRABSter Jeff Adelsberger for winning the wheat beer contest.

3) Annapolis Homebrew Club’s Pints for Paws also had record attendance and several CRABSters served their beer to help out.

4) HomebrewCon will take place June 27-29 in Providence RI.  CRABS has 17 people going and will serve 8 beers at Social Club on Friday June 28 from 2:30-4:30pm and also that night at Club Night.  If you’d like to take a shift pouring beer, go to the sign-up sheet at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yFaZm3XJFt3MZ2_23qINMZ1AHkBsrDBKSA4Q7GzhnWE/edit?usp=sharing

  • 5th - Jeff Adelsberger
  • 4th - Tom Flavin
  • 3rd - Brian England
  • 2nd - Trevor Rose
  • 1st - Dwayne and Chuck

(Honorable mention goes to Craig and Rachel Szczesiul, whose beer tied for 4th, but it was ineligible because they did not make the required 5 gallons.)
